“A healthy lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle, which is aimed at maintaining human health, preventing disease, and strengthening the body as a whole. Many do not know, but human health depends on 60% of lifestyle”, explained the specialist.
A healthy lifestyle is based on seven basic rules:
1. Physical activity. This does not mean professional sports, but only daily physical activity. For example, visiting gyms or dance studios. Outdoor swimming, cycling and hiking are also suitable. The minimum number of steps per day is 10 thousand (about 7 km).
2. Balanced diet. Many, due to being busy at work, studying and lack of time, are switching to a fast food system, that is, replacing the kitchen with fast food. Some use semi-finished products. A healthy lifestyle implies adequate nutrition, which consists of the consumption of healthy foods enriched with vitamins and minerals. These are vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy products, fish, various cereals.
It is important to be guided by the principle of eating often (4-5 times a day) and in small portions. Emphasis should be placed on light foods, such as salads, soups, cereals. It is also important to observe the diet and include in it still water, which should be consumed at least 1.5 liters per day. Tea, coffee, soups don’t count!
